How do I place an order?
1. Select Product
You can view the product page and find the request form by clicking on the order button.
2. Inquiry Form
Once you click on order now button on the product page, you can see the inquiry form. By filling out this form you can specify the details and send us the information.
3. Review Order
As soon as we get your request, one of our team members will immediately review your information and check the availability of your requested amount and other necessary information. Then they will estimate the price for your requested port or destination. Once the price is calculated, you will be informed via email or phone.
4. Reaching Agreement
While we estimate the price for your request, we try to find the fastest and safest route and method of shipment and give the best price you can get. However, since we value our customers’ satisfaction, we are open to negotiations. We can discuss different alternatives and come to an agreement. Once we agree on every detail and the payment has been made, the shipment process starts.
5. Shipping Process
As soon as your goods start shipping, you are able to track the whereabouts and ETA to your destination.
6. Tracking & Delivery
You are able to track your shipment in every checkpoint and get ETA to your destination.

What is your shipping policy?
Your order will arrive approximately 2-5 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service of choice. Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notiﬁcation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package, by entering it at the appropriate website.
Golden Sunrise cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays in shipment or lost-in-transit shipments, however, we want you to get your order! Below are the allotted times to wait before we take action to refund/replace your order as packages usually turn up within these amounts of time.
• Domestic shipments -If you have not received your order after 21 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
• International shipments -If you have not received your order after 45 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
If you are in need of your order prior to the aforementioned lengths of time, you may place another order and follow our return policy for the delayed packages. For items that are lost-in-transit please wait the aforementioned allotted times before any refunding or replacements to occur.
Golden Sunrise cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries, that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we suggest you call your local post ofﬁce to inquire further. If you wish for a re-delivery of your order, we will require a restocking fee of 25% of the products purchased plus any applicable shipping and handling costs.
I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Always allow 1-2 business days to package and process your order. You will be notified when your package has shipped, along with a tracking number.
How do I know that my order has shipped?
If you have an email address on file, you will receive a Shipment Notification email once your order has shipped.
You can also track your order using your order number and zip code. Note: Please allow 1 business day after receiving your shipment notification for tracking to activate. You can also check the status of your order online if you are a registered customer with a Personal Shopping Account and were logged into that account when you submitted your order.
What is your return policy?
We are confident you’ll be entirely happy with everything you purchased at Golden Sunrise. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us for arrangements. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price (less shipping) promptly after receipt of the returned merchandise.
